The Experience

Not a limo. Not a party bus. Something you will actually remember.

Every Napa Valley wedding has a black Suburban or a stretch limo waiting at the curb. Ours is the car people still talk about at the reception. A fully restored classic, a professional chauffeur in uniform, and a car that looks like it belongs against the vineyards.

01

Built for wine country

Napa venues sit at the end of long private drives and gravel approaches. Our chauffeurs know the roads, the choreography with venue coordinators, and how to time an entrance to the exact minute the doors open.

02

The photo the vineyards deserve

A vintage Rolls-Royce parked against a row of grapevines is a different photograph than a Sprinter van at the same venue. Your photographer will thank us. So will your feed.

03

The full day, not just the drop-off

Getting-ready shots at the hotel, the drive to the ceremony, portraits in the vineyard between courses, the send-off at the end of the night. One car, one chauffeur, from morning through the last sparkler.

“Our driver KJ was professional, on time, and made our wedding day unforgettable.”

The Day

From vineyard portrait to sparkler send-off.

A Napa Valley wedding is not a single moment at the altar. It is a full-day itinerary that moves between hotel, ceremony site, portrait locations, reception barn, and after-party. We build the timeline with your planner and stay with you the entire way.

Arrive

The ceremony

Pull up the private drive at Auberge, Meadowood, or your winery of choice in a fully restored classic. The chauffeur handles the venue coordinator; you handle the entrance.

Pose

The vineyard portraits

The classic becomes the anchor of your photo set. Rows of vines, golden hour, a car worth framing. We reposition on the photographer’s cue.

Depart

The getaway

A grand exit at the end of the night. Sparkler tunnel, headlights on, and the last photograph of the day taken as you leave.

The Fleet

Three classics, each chosen for Napa.

Every car in the wedding fleet is fully restored, meticulously maintained, and photographed at real Napa Valley weddings. Pick the one that fits your venue and your color palette.

1951 Rolls-Royce Wraith The Napa Signature

The most-requested wedding car in the fleet. Pale grey against a Napa vineyard is a photograph you will keep on the wall. Frequent choice for Auberge du Soleil, Meadowood, and Beaulieu Garden ceremonies.

1964 Lincoln Continental American Editorial

Suicide doors, low-slung, and unmistakably American. A favorite at Solage and Silverado for couples who want the classic without the British formality.

1940 Packard Touring Pre-War, One of One

A pre-war touring car for couples going for the black-tie-in-a-barn look. Rare, dramatic, and the only one you will see at any Napa wedding this year.

The Venues

Where we drive in Napa Valley.

We work regularly with Napa Valley’s wedding venues and their coordinators. If your venue is not on this list, tell us the address and we will confirm access, drive time, and any coordinator-specific arrival protocol.

Auberge du Soleil

Rutherford. Hillside ceremony with panoramic valley views. Chauffeur enters via the lower service road and stages at the ceremony deck on cue.

Meadowood

St. Helena. Long private drive, croquet-lawn ceremonies, forest-clearing photo spots. Reception in the main lodge or the private garden.

Solage

Calistoga. Modern-classic resort setting, palm-lined drive, outdoor pool-deck ceremonies. Popular for wine-country weddings that skew contemporary.

Beaulieu Garden

Rutherford. Iconic sycamore allée, historic estate. The classic Napa vineyard wedding — the Rolls-Royce photograph everyone plans for happens here.

Silverado Resort

Napa. Fairway-adjacent ceremonies, resort reception spaces, easy access from downtown Napa hotels. Good for larger guest counts.

Four Seasons Napa Valley

Calistoga. Working-vineyard resort, vine-row ceremony setups, cellar-adjacent reception. Modern accommodations with wine-country ceremony backdrop.

Harvest Inn

St. Helena. Garden ceremony, boutique inn setting, walkable grounds. Photo-friendly small-wedding venue.

Calistoga Ranch & Private Estates

We regularly drive private-estate weddings across Yountville, Oakville, and Calistoga. Send the address and we will scout access before your date.

How it works

Step 01

Send us your date and venue

Tell us the venue, date, and rough timeline. We check availability and confirm drive time from our South Bay yard to your ceremony.

Step 02

Pick your classic

Choose the Rolls, the Lincoln, or the Packard. We send a custom quote covering car, chauffeur, hours, and travel.

Step 03

We coordinate with your planner

Two weeks out, your chauffeur talks directly with your planner and the venue coordinator. Arrival times, staging, photo cues — all locked before the day.

Step 04

The car arrives, the day happens

Detailed, on time, and dressed for the venue. You get the entrance, the photos, and the getaway. We handle the rest.

Questions

Napa Valley wedding car rental: FAQ

Do you drive to Napa Valley for weddings?
Yes. Napa is a regular drive for us. Our chauffeurs know the venues, the private-drive protocols, and the timing to arrive right on cue. Travel time from our San Jose yard runs roughly 90 to 120 minutes depending on traffic, and every quote covers the drive both directions so there is no surprise mileage on the day.
Why choose a vintage car over a Napa limo or party bus?
A limo hides the couple inside a tinted vehicle at the curb. A vintage Rolls-Royce or Lincoln parked in front of the ceremony becomes the photograph of the wedding. Different job, different result. If you are moving a wedding party of 10, a Sprinter is right. If you are the couple and you want an entrance and a photograph, a classic is the right call.
Which Napa Valley venues do you regularly serve?
Auberge du Soleil, Meadowood, Solage, Beaulieu Garden, Silverado Resort, Four Seasons Napa Valley, Harvest Inn, Calistoga Ranch, and dozens of private estates across Yountville, Oakville, Rutherford, and St. Helena. If your venue is not on the list, send the address and we will confirm access before your date.
Is a chauffeur included with the wedding car rental?
Always. Every classic in our fleet comes with a professional chauffeur experienced in handling vintage cars and coordinating with wedding planners and venue staff. We do not rent our cars unattended, especially for weddings.
How far in advance should we book?
For Napa Valley weddings in the peak May-through-October window, 3 to 6 months out is normal. Harvest-season Saturdays (late August through October) book fastest — the Rolls-Royce often goes 6 to 9 months ahead. Off-season and midweek weddings usually have more flexibility.
What time of year is best for a Napa wedding car?
Any time, but the photograph changes with the season. Late spring gives you green vine rows and mustard blooms. Summer gives you golden hour light against gold-hued vineyards. Harvest (September–October) gives you full ripe fruit and dramatic color. Winter is quieter and the light is cleaner. All of it photographs well against a classic car.
Can we use the car for photos in the vineyards?
Yes — vineyard portraits with the car are one of the main reasons couples book us for a Napa wedding. Your chauffeur will reposition on your photographer’s cue. If your venue has a specific photo spot (Beaulieu’s sycamore allée, Auberge’s terraces, Meadowood’s forest clearings), tell us and we will build time for it into the itinerary.
Can we book you for both the ceremony and the reception?
Yes. Most Napa Valley bookings run 5 to 8 hours and cover the ceremony arrival, portrait time in the vineyards, transport to the reception venue if it is separate, and the sparkler exit at the end of the night. We build the timeline around your planner’s schedule.
Do you offer a wedding getaway car for the sparkler exit?
Yes. The getaway is often the most photographed moment of the night. Sparkler tunnel, chauffeur holds the door, headlights on, and the last photograph of the day is the one you will frame. If your venue does not allow sparklers, we will work with your planner on a substitute exit that still gives you the shot.
How does your pricing compare to a Napa limo service?
A standard Napa limo runs roughly $150 to $250 an hour with a 3-hour minimum. A vintage classic with chauffeur is more — the cars are rare, the drivers are specialists, and the travel time from the South Bay is real. Most Napa Valley wedding bookings land in a five-figure range depending on hours and car choice. Send us your date and we will send an exact quote.
Can we decorate the car with florals or a Just Married sign?
Yes, tasteful decorations are welcome. Coordinate with your florist ahead of time — we will confirm what attaches safely to a vintage finish (no adhesives, no rope on paintwork). “Just Married” signs, ribbons, and floral garlands on the grille are all standard.
What if it rains on our Napa wedding day?
Our sedans (Rolls-Royce Wraith, Lincoln Continental) are enclosed and fully weatherproof — rain is a non-issue for arrival and getaway. The Packard Touring is a convertible; if your date is deep winter, we will talk it through with you before booking that one specifically.
